• Poster/Flyer Distribution: now till event (April 18th)
• Farmers Market Promotional Booth: April 10 & 17

Weekend of the event:
(even if you can only spare an hour or two, that would be great :-)

• Event Set Up: April 17: 4pm - 10pm
• Event Food prep: April 17: 4pm - 10pm, April 18: 8am - 2pm
• Event Buffet service: April 18: 1pm-3pm
• Event Reception Tables: April 18
• Green Expo exhibitor area: April 17 : 5pm - 9pm - 18: 9am - 4pm
• Youth Eco art exhibit area: April 17: 5pm-10pm - April 18: 9am - 4pm
• Sound and stage - need assistants to help Clade LeBlanc (LeRoy Sound): April 17: 5pm-10pm April 18: 9am - 4pm
• Taking photos and video footage of event: April 18
• Hula Hoop Area: April 18
